Q: are you a factory or a trading company? A: we have been a packaging manufacturer for more than 15 years and have our own trade department. We are an enterprise integrating industry and trade.

Q: what are your main products? A: we produce corrugated cartons, industrial cardboard boxes, small size white board cartons, paper bags and paper products.

Q: where is your factory? Can we make a field trip? A: our factory is located in Weifang, Shandong Province, the international kite capital, 150 kilometers away from Qingdao port. We welcome you to visit our factory. Can we get samples? How long does it take? A: before mass production, we will provide samples free of charge, about 3-5 days by express delivery

Q: How to order? A:Please send us your purchase order by Email,or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order. 1)Product information- Quantity,Specification(Size,Material,Technological and Packing requirements etc.) 2)Delivery time required 3)Shipping information-Company name,Street address,Phone&Fax number,Destination sea port. 4)Forwarder’s contact details if there’s any in China.。

Q: What kind of file format should I provide for you to print? A: Adobe Illustrator, PDF, in design or other formats Is it possible to watch the processing progress by video during working hours? A: Yes, we are very willing to film the production progress for you during working hours.

Q: What is your terms of delivery? A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, DDU, DDP, Door to Door.

Q: How to settle payment? T/T, L/C, West Union, Paypal normally. Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit and balance before delivery.
